SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • In-stock items are shipped within 2-3 Business Days from when the order is confirmed.
  • Simply Palma will contact you by email if by chance the merchandise you requested is not in-stock if we need further information for delivery or credit verification.
  • All orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show updates.
  • Simply Palma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of these items.
